1. Acceptance of These Terms

 

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Predsmate AB ("we", "us", "the Company") governing your use of the Predsmate application ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

 

2. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age for gambling- related services in your country, if higher) to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement and that using sports-prediction content and betting is legal where you live.

 

3. What the App Is — and Is Not

 

The App provides informational sports analysis and predictions ("Holger's picks"), statistics, and odds information, for entertainment and informational purposes only.

 

The App is not:

- a bookmaker, betting operator, or gambling service — we do not accept bets or handle wagers;

- financial, investment, or professional betting advice;

- a guarantee of any outcome.

 

No guarantee. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or future performance of any prediction, pick, statistic, or odds shown. Any track-record or historical-performance figures describe past results only. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

 

4. Betting Involves Risk — Play Responsibly

 

Betting and gambling carry a real risk of financial loss. Only stake money you can afford to lose. Never bet to recover losses. If gambling stops being fun or feels out of control, seek help.

 

5. The World Cup Pass and Other Purchases

 

The App offers paid content, including the Tournament Pass.

 

- What it is: a one-time purchase (sold as a non-renewing subscription on iOS and as a one-time/managed product on Android). It does not auto-renew and will not charge you again.

- What it unlocks: premium features such as full access to picks, the Probability Calculator, and related content, as described at the point of sale.

​

- Access period: the Pass grants access for the stated Tournament period and expires at the end of that window (currently 19 July 2026). After it expires, premium features lock again. Matches that have already been played remain viewable per the App.

​

- Price: the price shown in the App is set per country/currency by the app store at the time of purchase.

​

- Billing: all payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. We do not process or store your payment details.

​

- Restore: you can restore a previous purchase using the "Restore" option in the App.

​

- Refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. Your statutory consumer rights (including any applicable EU right of withdrawal for digital content) are not affected; note that for digital content delivered immediately, that right may end once access begins, with your consent.

 

6. Acceptable Use

 

You agree not to misuse the App, including not to: reverse engineer, scrape, or copy its data or content at scale; resell or redistribute its content; interfere with its operation or security; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

The App and its content — including the "Holger" model and brand, text, design, and data presentations — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use under these Terms.

 

8. Third-Party Services and Links

 

The App may display odds from, and link to, third-party bookmakers and services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, odds, prices, availability, or practices. Any dealings you have with third parties are solely between you and them.

 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any prediction or information will be accurate.

 

 10. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any betting or gambling losses, arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

 

11. Changes to the App or These Terms

 

We may modify or discontinue features of the App, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last

updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

 

12. Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time.

 

13. Governing Law and Disputes

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. Disputes are subject to the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, subject to applicable consumer law. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
